TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sales policy

 

- An order can no longer be modified after sending a written confirmation from the customer. An order is only executed after acceptance by the customer of the written confirmation and the proof. All complaints must be sent to us within 8 days of receptionof the goods. After this period, the goods are deemed accepted.

 

- Delivery is generally made within 4 working days after the end of production. Our partners (DHL, TNT, Azcar) agree to do their best to meet these deadlines.


Exchange and refund policy

 

- Upon receipt of your order if you are not satisfied with it (defective product (s), marking problem, etc.) here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Contact the Lunyca Team by email (contact@lunyca.com) or by phone.

  2. Send photos in an email to illustrate the problem. In some cases we will collect the goods to carry out a check in our offices.

  3. If the problem is proven, several options are available:

    • If less than 10% of the production is defective, the Lunyca Team will offer a credit equal to the value of this said goods

    • Above 10%, the situation will be settled on a case-by-case basis.
